摘 要:为考察甘油对烟叶加热状态下烟气释放的影响,对不同甘油添加量烟丝样品进行了差示扫描量热分析(DSC)和热重-微分热重分析(TG-DTG),利用实验室加热装置在200~400℃下加热不同甘油添加量的烟丝样品,并测试了烟气粒相物、烟碱、水分和焦油释放量。结果表明:1添加甘油能够增大低温下烟丝的失重比例,提高烟丝的着火温度,降低烟丝燃烧性;2烟气粒相物和烟碱释放量均随甘油添加量(0~10%)的增加而增加,甘油添加量〉10%后各释放量均无明显变化;10%和15%的甘油添加量能显著增加烟气焦油释放量,添加甘油后,焦油中增加的主要是甘油的释放量;3添加甘油能够显著增加烟气水分释放量,但不同甘油添加量(5%,10%和15%)之间的差异不明显。可见,添加甘油能够降低烟叶的燃烧性,提高烟叶在加热状态下的烟气释放。In order to investigate the effects of glycerol addition on the release of tobacco smoke under a heating condition, the samples of cut tobacco at different glycerol addition rates were analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and thermogravimetric-differential thermogravimetric(TG-DTG) analysis, and the release of smoke particulate matter, nicotine,moisture and tar of the samples heated in an in-house heating device at 200-400 ℃ were determined. The results showed that: 1) Glycerol addition increased the percentage of tobacco mass loss at low temperature, raised tobacco ignition temperature, decreased its combustibility.2) The release of smoke particulate matter and nicotine increased with the increase of glycerol addition rate(0-10%), but did not change obviously as glycerol addition rate over 10%. The release of tar increased significantly at the glycerol addition rate ranging between 10% and 15%,the increment of tar attributed mainly to the release of glycerol. 3) The moisture release significantly increased after adding glycerol. No distinct difference of moisture release was found at different glycerol addition rates(5%, 10% and 15%). In summary, glycerol additiondecreases the combustibility, increases the smoke release of tobacco during heating.Keywords:
