摘　　要：李叔同是中国近代富有传奇性的人物,他悟性极高,造诣非凡,涉猎诸多领域,成就斐然。一直以来,人们津津乐道于他在音乐、美术和教育等方面的诸多成就,却往往忽略了他在翻译领域的建树。其实,李叔同一生曾经多次与翻译结缘,他翻译的《法学门径书》和《国际私法》在当时中国产生了重要影响。Li Shu-tong is a legendary figure in the Modern China.Endowed with outstanding literary and artistic talent,he has acquired quite a few achievements in numerous fields.For a long time,people of all walks have been taking delight in talking about his achievements in such fields as literature,music,fine art and education,whereas,they turn a blind eye to his achievements in translation.As a matter of fact,Li Shu-tong had once devoted himself to translation activities and his translated works——Access to the Science of Law and International Private Law had exerted important influences on the China's law circle.
