资源依赖理论视角下的高校重点实验室建设策略分析——以农业部都市农业(南方)重点实验室为例

摘　　要：文章应用资源依赖理论,对依托高校的国家、省部级重点实验室建设运行中的问题进行了深层次剖析。结合农业部都市农业(南方)重点实验室的建设实践,分析提出了重点实验室克服对依托高校的资源依赖、实现发展的可行方法和策略,对我国依托高校的重点实验室建设具有现实参考价值。The resource dependence theory is used to deeply analyse the problems in constructing and running the national, provin- cial or ministerial - level key laboratory. Combined with the construction practice of the key laboratory of urban agriculture （ south ） （ the ministry of agriculture） , the practicable methods and development strategy for key laboratory to overcome the resource dependence on university and achieve development are analyzed and put forward. The result has practical reference value for the construction of key laboratory relying on universities in our country.
