摘　　要：高校德育社会化实践模式作为一种结构体系和范型,有利于指导德育实践活动的开展,引导大学生的道德行为,对于推进高校德育社会化发展具有重要意义;从组织领导与管理,参与要素与作用,目标、内容与形式,实践方式与方法,结果反馈与评价等多个层面构建高校德育社会化实践模式及其体系,突出实践在高校德育中的重要地位,充分发挥大学生在德育中的主体作用,提高德育的针对性和实效性。The socialized practical pattern of moral education in university, as a structural system and a paradigm, is conducive to instructing the practical activities of moral education, and guides the moral behaviors of university students. The pattern is of great significance to promote the social development of moral education in university. From multiple aspects of leadership and management, participating elements and its effect, objectives and content as well as forms, practical types and methods, feedback and evaluation, to construct a socialized practical pattern and system of moral education in university highlights the importance of moral education in uni- versities, and gives full play to the dominant role of university students in moral education. In addition, it enhances the pertinence and effectiveness.
