摘  要:网络可观测性分析是电力系统状态估计的重要组成部分。针对变电站零阻抗网络的特点,提出一种面向零阻抗网络的拓扑可观测性方法,并考虑由于引入电流幅值量测而导致的多解问题。根据基尔霍夫电流定律,给出确定开关支路具有唯一潮流解的实用化判定规则。同时对可观测性分析方法的步骤进行详细设计,并通过算例展示其实现过程,验证该方法在完成可观测性分析的同时对量测部署问题具有指导意义。Network observability is an important component of power system state estimation. Considering the characteristics of substation zero impedance network, a zero impedance network oriented observability analysis method was proposed in this paper, in which the multiple solution problem due to the introduction of ampere measurements was also studied. Practical judgment rules for the existence of the unique solution of circuit breaker branch power flow were established on Kirchhoff's Circuit Laws(KCL). In addition, the procedure of the proposed method was designed in detail, and its implementation was demonstrated through examples. The results show that this method can also provide theoretic advice in measurement deployment.
