职业院校学生器官捐赠知识与态度及意愿调查

摘　　要：目的分析衡阳市某职业院校学生对器官捐赠知识、态度、意愿的认知现状,为在职业院校学生中开展器官捐赠教育提供参考依据。方法采用整群抽样方法抽取衡阳市某职业院校1 025名学生,采用一般人口学资料及器官捐赠量表进行问卷调查。结果本组职业院校学生器官捐赠知识、态度及意愿得分分别为(6.92±1.55)分、(3.92±0.79)分和(1.94±0.86)分;不认同器官捐赠价值、阻碍器官捐赠原因和认同器官捐赠价值3个维度的得分分别为(4.57±1.02)分、(4.32±1.09)分和(2.68±1.10)分;不同年级学生对器官捐赠知识、态度比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);职业院校学生获取器官移植以及器官捐赠知识途径主要有广播电视、学校教育和医务人员。结论职业院校学生的器官捐赠知识得分处于中等偏上水平,但捐赠意愿较低,且不同年级学生器官捐赠知识和态度不同,可在学生中针对性加大器官捐赠健康教育,并开设相关课程。Objective To analyze the knowledge, willingness of and attitude toward organ donation among higher vocational school students and to provide the reference for health education of organ donation. Methods By convenient cluster sampling, a total of1 025 students from a higher vocational school in Hengyang city completed general demographic information questionnaire and Organ Donation Scale Questionnaire. Results Among 1 025 higher vocational school students, the average scores of knowledge, willingness of and attitudes toward organ donation were 6.92 ±1.55, 3.92±0.79 and 1.94±0.86 respectively. The average scores of disagreement with the value of organ donation, obstacles of organ donation and agreement with the value of organ donation were 4.57 ±1.02,4.32±1.09 and 2.68 ±1.10 respectively. There was statistically significant difference for the scores of knowledge of and attitudes toward organ donation among students from different grades（P0.05）. Conclusion Higher vocational school students＇ knowledge of organ donation remains at a medium level. It is necessary to implement health education of organ donation and provide related course of organ donation among the students.
