内江地区高中生性行为现状及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解内江地区高中生性行为现状及影响因素,为针对性地开展青春期性教育提供依据。方法对内江地区1 176名高中生性行为现状及影响因素进行问卷调查,对影响高中生发生性交行为的有关因素进行分析。结果有过恋爱经历的高中生占42.09%,54.08%的高中生有性自慰情况,15.39%的高中生发生过性交行为,43.88%的高中生有色情读物和/或视频接触史。经多因素分析显示父母关系不良、有恋爱经历、有色情读物和/或视频接触史是高中生发生性行为的促进因素。结论对中学生的异性交往宜"疏"不宜"堵";青少年性教育势在必行,其核心是人格教育;加强对各种"色情信息"的监管及打击力度,提高青少年对"黄毒"的免疫力。Objective To understand the status of sexual behaviors and its influencing factors of senior high school students in Neijiang, and to provide basis for adolescent sex education. Methods Using cluster random sampling method, we surveyed sexual behaviors and its influencing factors of 1176 senior high school students in Neijiang area. We analyzed the factors of senior high school students＇ sexual behaviors. Results 42.09% senior high school students have experienced falling in love; 54.08% students have had sexual masturbation; 15.39% students have had sexual intercourse, and 43.88% students have had pornographic books and/or video material contact history. Multivariate analysis showed the bad relationship between the parents, love experience, and pornographic information contact history were promoting sexual behavior of senior high school students. Conclusion Senior high school students＇ opposite-sex interaction should be ＂sparse＂ and should not ＂block＂; Sex education is the core of personality education; We should strengthen supervision and crack down on all kinds of ＂pornography＂, and improve the ＂pornography＂ immunity of adolescent.
