摘　　要：目的分析新毕业护士对基础护理技术操作中的能力及培训需求,探索高质量的培训模式。方法对2008年-2013年我院从不同院校本科、大专及中专毕业从事护理工作的323人进行调查分析。结果不同学历护士操作能力有差异,P<0.05;体温单绘制考核成绩具有显著差异,P<0.01。不同科室常见护理技术操作不同,新护士最重视的护理技术操作依次为静脉输液、肌肉注射、静脉采血;工作后应重点加强培训的护理技术操作项目依次是CPR、鼻饲、除颤等;最感兴趣的护理技术操作依次是静脉输液、肌肉注射、测TPR等;最不感兴趣的护理技术操作依次是晨间护理、晚间护理、卧更等。结论根据新毕业护士的实际工作需求,进行规范、高效的护理技术操作培训,使新毕业护士尽快掌握护理技术操作,适应新的工作岗位,培养全面发展的实用型护理人才。Objectives To analyze the ability and training requirements of basic nursing technique operations of new graduate nurses. and explore a high quality training mode. Methods To conduct an inspection analysis on 323 nurses with educational background of undergraduate. junior college and secondary college graduated from different schools worked in nursing work of our hospital from 2008 to 2013. Results There was statistical difference in the operation ability of nurses with different educational background. P〈0.05. the examination score of temperature chart also had significant differences. P〈0.01. The common nursing technical operations in different departments were different. and the most emphasized nursing technical operations were respectively intravenous infusion.intramuscular injection and venous blood collection among new graduate nurses. The nursing technical operation items that needed to strengthen were respectively CPR. nasal feeding and defibrillation after they participated in work. The most interested in nursing technical operations were intramuscular injection. intravenous infusion.measurement TPR;while the least interested nursing technical operations were morning care. evening nursing.lying and so on. Conclusions According to the actual work requirements of newly graduated nurses. we should conduct standardize. effective nursing technical operation training to make the new graduate nurses master nursing technical operations as soon as possible as well as adapt to the new jobs. so as to realize the cultivation of practical and all-round development nursing talents.
