摘　　要：为了解决环锭细纱机长向件误差累积使传动精度降低的问题,通过将现有的定滑轮牵吊系改进为动滑轮系对称式牵吊升降分配装置,从而改善电机和减速箱的受力状况,提高传动精度,延长电机和减速箱的使用寿命,更适用于超长细纱机配置。In order to solve the problem of the transmission accuracy drop due to error accumulation produced by the long pieces of the ring frame,through the modification of the lifting device of the stationary pulley system into the symmetrical lifting device with movable pulley system,the stress condition of the motor and gearbox is improved with good transmission accuracy and longer service life of the motor and gearbox,thus more suitable for the configuration of spinning frame with excess length.
