摘　　要：目前,生物医学模式在医学发展中占据主导地位。虽然生物-心理-社会医学模式作为医学模式发展的方向至今已经被提出37年,但是并未能得到有效实践。本文针对这种情况发生的原因进行了分析,认为新的现代整体医学模式考虑了整体健康等因素,通过更新知识结构、改变认识等方法,有利于突破生物-心理-社会医学模式在医学认识和实践方面存在的局限性,可从根本上改变现代医学实践未能得到有效指导的现状,从而更好地推进临床事业的发展。At present, the biomedical model has occupied the leading position in the development of medicine.The bio-psycho-social model as the developing direction of the medical model has been put forward for 37 years up to now, but it has not been able to get effective practice. This article analyzed the cause of this happening and argues that the new mode of modern holistic medicine takes the overall health and other factors into account. Updating the knowledge structure, changing understanding and other methods, would help break through the limitations existing in the medical knowledge and practice aspects of bio-psycho-social medical model, can fundamentally change the status quo that modern medical practice has not been effectively guided, so then to better direct the development of clinical career.
