浅析证人出庭作证率低的原因——以刑事诉讼为视角

摘　　要：证人出庭作证率低已经成为困扰我国司法实践的一大难题。文章认为证人出庭作证率低主要有以下三个方面的原因:一是立法层面上的原因;二是司法层面上的原因;三是社会环境及证人自身的原因。The low rate of witnesses has become a big problem for the judicial practice in China.The writer of the paper thinks cause of the low rate of the witnesses testifying can be boiled down to three aspects：legislation,judicature and the social environment and the causes of the wintnesses themselves.
