摘　　要：1病例报告 患者,男,38岁,因反复右侧鼻腔出血5年于2014年3月18日入院。患者2009年无明显诱因出现右侧鼻腔出血,量中,自行压迫后停止,无头晕、头痛、呼吸困难等伴随症状。电子喉镜检查示：右侧鼻腔见一红色新生物,表面光滑,与鼻中隔无粘连（图1）。后因右侧鼻腔反复出血多次行副鼻窦CT检查均显示右侧鼻前庭片状软组织密度影,提示良性病变可能（图2）。Myoepithelioma is an uncommon benign tumor that most likely occurs in the salivary gland.Extrasalivary myoepithelioma are sporadic and rare,especially the quantities occur in the sinonasal cavity are fewer in related literature reported.In this paper,we present a rare case of benign myoepithelioma that occurred in the nasal cavity,and the related process of pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis are discussed.
