摘　　要：为实现培养适应社会需要的复合型体育教育人材培养目标,运用文献资料法、调查法、实践经验法、数理统计等研究方法,就体育教育专业田径专修课程教学内容优化与创新进行研究。得出:专项技术、中教实用技能、教学实践能力三类并存教学内容体系建构、教学内容模块化设计组合教学、运用"嵌入式"进行教学实践能力培养和针对性综合考核评价体系建设等教学内容优化与创新,能有效促进体育教育人才培养目标的实现。WTBZin order to implement the complex of physical？ talents ＇ training？ education target to satisfy the needs of the society,using the literature material law,investigation method,experience method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,to research the physical education major in track and field specialty course teaching content＇s optimization and innovation. Concluded that the special technology,teaching practical skills,teaching practice ability three coexist in construction of teaching content system,teaching content modular design combination of teaching,teaching practice with ＂ embedded＂ ability training and pertinency comprehensive assessment and evaluation system construction,the teaching content＇s optimization and innovation,can effectively promote the realization of the talents training goal of physical education.
