高校中青年体育教师工作压力与应对策略研究

摘　　要：为了探讨高校中青年体育教师的工作压力状况,采用问卷调查、统计分析等方法对9所高校中青年体育教师进行调查分析.研究结果如下:(1)高校中青年体育教师工作压力较高的是工作质量、角色冲突和责任压力,最低的是工作负荷;(2)人口统计学变量分析显示,高校中青年体育教师性别、婚姻、职称、教龄和年收入等方面与工作压力均存在一定的显著性差异.In order to investigate the job stress status of young PE teachers in Colleges and universities,the thesis used the questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and other methods to make an analysis of PE teachers in the 9colleges and universities.The results are as follows：（1）The higher working pressure of young college PE teachers comes from quality of work,role conflict and responsibilities pressure.The lowest pressure is workload.（2）The demographic variables analysis showed that there are some significant differences between the job pressure and the gender,marital status,job title,seniority and annual income of young college PE teachers.
