摘 要:目的探讨胚胎停育的发生与胎儿染色体核型异常的关系。方法取64例胚胎停育流产孕妇(孕8~12周)的胎儿绒毛组织,进行绒毛染色体制备和G显带并进行核型分析。结果 64例胚胎停育胎儿绒毛染色体核型培养成功62例,失败2例。核型异常10例,异常率为16.13%。其中数目异常9例,染色体结构异常1例。结论染色体异常是胚胎停育的重要原因之一,对胚胎停育胎儿绒毛进行染色体分析可为病因诊断以及优生指导提供重要的依据。Objective:To investigate the relationships between embryo development arrest and abnormal karyotypes of fetal chorionic villus cells after IVF-ET.Methods:fetal villus tissue cells of 64 samples after embryo development arrest during early gestational weeks(8-12 week)were detected by the conventional G- banding chromosome analysis afte ruterine curettage. Results:62 cases of them were successfully diagnosed and 2 of them were failed to diagnosed。There were 10 cases of abnormal karyotypes in total 62 samples,abnormal rate achieve 16.13%. 9 cases were chromosome number abnormality,1 cases were chromosomal structural abnorm ality. Conclusion:The chromosomal abnormality is one of important reason form embryo development arrest. Chromosome analysis of fetal villus tissue cells can providere liable evidence for etiological diagnosis and next reproductive counselling.
