摘　　要：全媒体时代为医院各项信息传递提供了多种途径和挑战。本文通过对全媒体时代护理工作中可能面临的各项危机进行阐述，认为有效地预防和应对护理危机应建立护理危机应对的管理体系，包括危机前的预警，危机发生时控制传播效果以及危机结束后的形象修复和学习。All media exert lots of pathway and challenge in spreading all kinds of hospital , s messages.Through elaborating on cri-sis in nurse work in all media time , the text consider the hospital should set up management system of nurse crisis response in order to pre-vent and deal with effectively, include prewarning before the crisis , controlling the effect of crisis and shaping restoration after the end of cri-sis.
