大型钢坯加热炉步进梁速度控制研究

摘　　要：大型钢坯加热炉采用步进式,使钢坯一步一步往前运送,直至出坯,这种装置克服了过去用推钢机推钢的缺陷。文中对步进梁的运行速度进行了分析,应用液压伺服系统,P LC控制,使步进梁运行速度平稳,无冲击,在使用中效果良好,可供有关冶金企业参考。The heating furnace of large billet uses walking beam,which carries the billet forward step by step,until the billet. The device overcomes the past defect of pushing mill with the pushing steel mill. In this paper, the speed of walking beam is analyzed,the hydraulic servo system and PLC control are used, so that the speed of the walking beam is smoothly with no impact,and the application effect is well,the paper can be used as reference in the related metallurgical enterprises.
