摘　　要：业务流程外包BPO是世界商业发展的新趋势。为适应工作岗位需求,相应的外包专业教育大量产生。学校如何培养出能力、素质优秀的专业人员,成为学校发展的基本问题。本文对BPO人才培养模式的现状进行了研究,通过研究,提出了高职院校港口物流管理专业BPO人才培养模式的对策。Business Process Outsourcing is becoming the new trend of world business. In order to meet job demands, a large amount of professional outsourcing educations are emerging correspondingly. How can schools educate professionals with excellent capacity and quality has become a basic issue of school development. Through deep analyzing of the present situation of BPO development, this paper proposes vocational colleges specializing in BPO training model of port logistics management.
