摘　　要：随着人口老龄化的进程,老年人社会问题也日益突出,而发展老年教育对解决这些问题具有重要意义。本文针对当前我国老年教育事业中存在的诸多问题,借鉴发达国家的实践经验,从完善法制、改革管理体制、资源整合等层面提出对策建议。In the progress of aging population, the social issues of aged people are increasingly highlighted. To develop aged education has the significance in resolving these problems. Focusing on the current problems that existing in China＇s aged education and referring to developed countries＇ experience we will put forward strategies and suggestions in respect of improving legislation, reforming management system, resources reassignment, etc.
