扶阳疏肝健脾方对抑郁症患者血清5-羟色胺影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察扶阳疏肝健脾方治疗抑郁症的疗效,探讨其作用机制。方法:将80例抑郁症患者随机分为研究组和对照组各40例,研究组给予中药扶阳疏肝健脾方;对照组给予西药盐酸氟西汀胶囊治疗,疗程均为6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对两组患者治疗前后进行评分,并检测两组治疗前后血清5-HT的改变情况。结果:两组治疗后HAMD分值较治疗前均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清5-HT含量分别与治疗前比较,均有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组治疗后组间疗效比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:扶阳疏肝健脾方对抑郁症患者有一定的疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of FU YANG JIE YU FANG Therapy in the treatment of depression patients, and to explore the effects of FU YANG JIE YU FANG Therapy on the concen- trations of 5-Hydroxytryptamine in Serum . Methods： A total of 80 depression patients were randomly divided into study group （40 cases） and control group （40 controls）. The study group was treated with FU YANG JIEum were determined before and after treatment. Results： After treatment, HAMD scores of two groups de- creased （P 〈0.05 ）. Between the two groups, before and after treatment,the difference of HAMD scores were not statistically significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The concentrations of 5-Hydroxytryptamine in serum increased signifi- cantly in both groups after treatment, but showed no significant difference between the two groups, Conclusion： FU YANG SHU YU JIAN PI FANG Therapy shows comparable therapeutic effect to standard anti-depression drug..
