经尿道等离子电切手术联合不同膀胱灌洗方案治疗浅表性膀胱癌的效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较经尿道等离子电切手术联合不同膀胱灌洗方案治疗浅表性膀胱癌的效果。方法选取2011年2月-2013年11月本院收治的88例浅表性膀胱癌患者作为研究对象,依据患者意愿分为研究组45例和对照组43例,研究组给予经尿道等离子电切手术联合注射用A群链球菌膀胱灌注,对照组给予经尿道等离子电切手术联合吡柔比星膀胱灌注治疗,随访1年,综合比较两组的手术时间、并发症发生率、化疗不良反应情况和复发率。结果两组的手术时间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两组术中及术后均无大出血、膀胱穿孔及电切综合征等并发症发生;研究组化疗不良反应发生率和复发率均低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论经尿道等离子电切手术联合注射用A群链球菌膀胱灌注治疗浅表性膀胱癌患者效果确切,不良反应发生率和复发率均低于吡柔比星。Objective To compare effect of transurethral plasma cutting surgery combined with different chemotherapy regimens in the treatment of superficial bladder cancer. Methods 88 patients with superficial bladder cancer in our hospital from February 2011 to November 2013 were selected as research objects and divided into research group（45 cases）and control group （43 cases） according to the patient wishes.Transurethral plasma cutting surgery combined with streptococcus group A for injection bladder perfusion were used in research group,transurethral plasma cutting surgery combined with pirarubicin bladder perfusion were applied in control group.Followed-up of 1 year,operative time,inci- dence rate of complication and adverse reaction of chemotherapy and recurrence rate between two groups were synthet- ically compared. Results Operative time between two groups had no statistical difference（P〉0.05）.There were no bleed- ing,bladder perforation and transurethral resection syndrome occurred.Adverse reaction rate of chemotherapy and recur- rence rate in research group was lower than that in control group respectively（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Transurethral plas- ma cutting surgery combined with streptococcus group A for injection bladder perfusion in the treatment of superficial bladder cancer has exact effect.Its adverse reaction rate and relapse rate is lower than that pirarubicin respectively.
