TACE联合CT引导下放射性^(125)I粒子植入治疗肝癌的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨TACE联合CT引导下放射性125I粒子植入治疗肝癌的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2012年5月~2014年6月经过一次或多次TACE治疗的肝癌患者84例,采用CT引导下125I粒子植入治疗,病灶直径2.0~12 cm,定期随访疗效。结果术后随访肿瘤完全缓解16例(16/84,19.05%),部分缓解50例(50/84,59.52%),无变化8例(8/84,9.52%),进展10例(10/84,11.91%)。术后肿瘤标志物AFP及CEA均有不同程度下降。所有治疗患者均未出现肝功能损害、白细胞下降、粒子迁移等不良反应。结论 TACE联合CT引导下放射性125I粒子植入治疗肝癌安全有效,耐受性好,可明显提高肝癌的疗效。Objective To discuss the clinical value of TACE combined with CT-guided radioactive 125I seed implantation in the treatment of liver cancer. Methods Data of 84 patients with liver cancer undergone one or more times of TACE from May 2012 to June 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.CT-guided radioactive125I seed implantation treatment was applied.The diameter of lesion was 2.0-12 cm,the efficacy was followed up regularly. Results Postoperative follow-up, complete remission of carcinoma had 16 cases （16/84,19.05%）,partial remission had 50 cases （50/84,59.52%）,stable disease had 8 cases （8/84,9.52%）,disease progression had 10 cases （10/84,11.91%）.Tumor marker AFP and CEA had different degree of decline after surgery.The adverse reaction of liver function damage,the decrease of white blood cell, particle migration were not found in all patients. Conclusion TACE combined with CT-guided radioactive 125I seed implantation in the treatment of liver cancer is safe and effective,has good tolerance,can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of liver cancer.
