逆行植入泪道扩张引流管联合药物治疗泪道阻塞性疾病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨氧氟沙星眼用凝胶注入联合逆行性Y型硅胶管植入治疗泪道阻塞性疾病的临床效果。方法回顾性分析本院2011年6月~2014年2月行氧氟沙星眼用凝胶注入联合逆行性Y型硅胶管植入的患者113例共120眼。结果术后跟踪随访3个月,治疗总有效率为87.5%。结论逆行性Y型硅胶管植入治疗泪道阻塞是一种安全、简单、有效的方法,结合术中注入氧氟沙星眼用凝胶更加降低了泪道逆行性置管的手术早期并发症发生率,同时又提高了整体手术成功率,有较强的实用性。Objective To explore the clinical application of Y silicone lacrimal drainage tube and Ofloxacin eye gel on treating lacrimal duct obstruction diseases. Methods Totally 113 cases （120 eyes） of lacrimal canaliculus or lacrimal duct obstruction diseases were treated by retrograde implanting Y silicone lacrimal drainage tube and Ofloxacin eye gel. The effectiveness was observed. Results All the patients were followed up for 3 months,the total effective rate was 87.5%. Conclusion Retrograde implanting Y silicone lacrimal drainage tube treating lacrimal duct obstruction diseases is a safe,simple and effective method.Combined with ofloxacin eye gel in this operation can reduce early complications and improve the success rate,therefore has strong practicability.
