摘 要:目的探讨风险管理在急诊科护理中的应用效果。方法对急诊科护理风险管理实施前和实施后的护理投诉率、不良事件发生率、职业伤害发生率、护理质量评分、患者满意度评分、急诊停留时间等指标进行比较。结果实施后的护理投诉率、不良事件发生率、职业伤害发生率显著低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后的护理质量评分、患者满意度显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施前后的急诊停留时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在急诊科开展护理风险管理,有助于全面提高护理质量,降低不良事件发生率,改善患者预后,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of risk management in emergency nursing. Methods The rate of nursing complaint,the incidence of adverse events,the incidence of occupation injury,the score of nursing quality,the score of patient's satisfaction,emergency retention time before and after implementation in emergency department was compared. Results The rate of nursing complaint,the incidence of adverse events,the incidence of occupation injury af- ter implementation was lower than that before implementation,with significant difference (P〈O.O5).The score of nursing quality,the degree of patient's satisfaction after implementation was higher than that before implementation,with signifi- cant difference(P〈0.05).Compared with emergency retention time,there was no significant difference(P〉0.05). Conclu- sion Nursing risk management in emergency department can help to improve the quality of nursing,reduce the inci- dence of adverse events,improve the prognosis of patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
