第12届全运会女子铅球运动员最后用力技术的运动学研究

摘　　要：采用SIMI Motion3D运动图像解析系统对参加第12届全运会女子铅球前8名运动员的最后用力技术进行运动学研究,通过运动学的相关指标参数,分析第12届全运会女子铅球运动员的技术特点。结果表明:第12届全运会女子铅球运动员的最后用力准备加速阶段身体姿势规范,用力顺序合理,但制动效果不理想;在最后用力阶段,投掷臂能够维持在一个比较理想的位置,但铅球运行的距离较短,肌肉爆发用力不足。This is a research of the kinematic study of Twelfth National Games female＇s shot put athletes in the last exertion using SIMI Motion3 D motion image analysis system.It attempts to find out the characteristics of their techniques.The results show that the Twelfth National Games female＇s shot put athletes enjoy reasonable body posture and exertion sequence phase of accelerated in the last effort,but the braking effect is in not ideal situation.During the final thrust phase,throwing arm can be maintained in an ideal position,but the shot runs short distances with muscle explosive experiencing force shortage.
