摘  要:目的:探讨45°仰角高速涡轮手机拔除下颌阻生第三磨牙的临床效果。方法:选择临床需要拔除下颌阻生第三磨牙的患者122例,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组61例,分别采用45°仰角高速涡轮手机和传统拔牙器械拔除患牙,比较两组拔牙时间及术后肿胀、疼痛、张口度、有无干槽症等的差异。结果:试验组的拔牙时间明显短于对照组,手术后反应明显好于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:应用45°仰角高速涡轮手机拔除阻生齿,手术创伤小、时间短、施力准确,可降低术中术后并发症,是一种值得推广的好方法。Objective: To explore the clinical application of high speed turbine in exaction of impacted mandibular third molars compared with the traditional extraction methods. Methods: 122 patients with mandibular impacted third molars were chosen. The patients were divided into traditional extraction group( n = 61) and high speed turbine group( n = 61) according to the random number table method. Tooth extraction time,postoperative swelling,pain,interincisor distance and alveolalgia were compared between the two groups. Results: Tooth extraction time of the high speed turbine group was significantly shorter than that of the traditional group( P〈0. 01). Postoperative effects were better in the high speed turbine group than the traditional group( P〈0. 01).Conclusion: Extracting impacted mandibular third molors using high speed turbine can significantly reduce postoperative reactions,which is recommended in clinical practice.
