摘　　要：目的 研究三维重建子宫动脉的起源、走行、变异情况.方法 选取2014年1～12月间就诊于吉林大学白求恩医学院第一医院的54例女性患者,重建其椎动脉的三维图像,描记其子宫动脉的起源、走行、变异情况等解剖特征.结果 子宫动脉起源的四种分型中,以Ⅰ型及Ⅱ型最为常见.子宫动脉的管径约为3 mm.结论 Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型子宫动脉起源最为常见,但在妇科介入治疗中仍应注意特殊起源的子宫动脉.Objective To research on 3-D reconstruction of the origin, cotwse and variation of uterine artery. Methods To research on 3-D reconstruction of the origin, course and variation of uterine artery. Results The origin of the uterine artery typed four points, type I and type H was the most common, uterine artery diameter was mean of 3 mm. Conclusion type I and I1 is the most common type of uterine artery origin, but still should be paid attention to special origin of uterine artery in the interventional treatment of department of gynaecology.
