摘　　要：分析卫生信息化背景下社会对医学信息人才的需求以及医学院校信息管理与信息系统专业毕业生的优势与不足,以提高毕业生就业率、就业质量为出发点,从面向社会需求、优化实践教学环节、调整课程体系入手,探讨培养医学院校信息管理与信息系统专业学生应用能力的策略。The paper analyzes the demands of the society for medical informatization talents under the health informatization background and the advantages and problems of the graduates of information management and information systems major in medical colleges and universities.To improve the quality and quantity of employment status of graduates,it discusses the strategy of cultivating the application ability of the graduates from the aspects of social demands- oriented,practice teaching step optimization,course system adjustment.
