摘　　要：目的:研究缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)和B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2(Bcl-2)在正常牙髓和炎症牙髓中的免疫定位,探讨HIF-1α和Bcl-2在牙髓炎中的表达情况。方法:取自临床因阻生或正畸拔除的健康第三磨牙、前磨牙的牙髓,以及确诊存在炎症的第三磨牙牙髓,通过链霉素-过氧化物酶(SP)法对所收集标本进行免疫组化染色,检查HIF-1α和Bcl-2在炎症牙髓中的表达情况。结果:HIF-1α在正常牙髓中几乎无表达,而在急性牙髓炎中呈强阳性表达,在慢性牙髓炎中呈不同程度的阳性表达。Bcl-2在正常牙髓中呈阳性表达,而在急性牙髓炎中炎细胞浸润区呈强阳性表达,在慢性牙髓炎中呈不同程度的阳性表达。结论:HIF-1α和Bcl-2可能在牙髓炎中发挥重要的生理和病理作用。Objective To investigate and determine the localization and expression level of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α（HIF-1α） and B cell lymphoma/leukemia-2（Bcl-2） in nomal and infl ammatory pulp. Methods Pulp tissues were obtained from clinically extracted human healthy and infl ammatory teeth, SP-assay was performed to examine the expression of HIF-1α and Bcl-2 in the samples. Results In the nomal pulp tissues,the HIF-1α was not observed,but signifi cantly high levels of HIF-1α was found in infl ammatory pulp, Bcl-2 was found expressed in the infl ammatory cells with signifi cantly higher levels than in the normal pulp tissues. Conclusion HIF-1α and Bcl-2 maybe play important regulatory roles in pulp lesions.
