摘  要:目的比较寻常型银屑病患者皮损组织与健康人皮肤组织中热休克蛋白的表达情况。方法收集银屑病患者的皮损组织及健康人的皮肤组织,提取蛋白,进行二维凝胶电泳并分析比较。选择在银屑病皮损组织中明显差异表达的蛋白点,进行质谱和生物信息学分析。结果对选择的20个差异表达的蛋白质点进行质谱和生物信息学分析,鉴定了包括热休克蛋白(PHB,HSPβ1,CH60)在内的8个蛋白点的质谱。结论在银屑病患者皮损组织与正常组织中,差异表达的热休克蛋白可能是病理的标志物。Objective To identify the differentially expressed proteins in skin lesions of psoriasis vulgaris and skin tissue of normal individuals. Methods Proteins were collected and extracted from lesion tissues of psoriasis vulgaris and from skin tissue of normal individuals. They were detected by means of two-dimensional electrophoresis( 2-DE). The differentially expressed proteins were analyzed by matrix-assisted laser desorption / ionization time of flight mass pectrometry( MALDI-TOF-TOF-MS) and bioinformation.Results Well-resolved 2-DE profiles were obtained,and 20 differentially expressed proteins were analyzed by mass spectrometry and bioinformation,8 of which were well characterized,including heat shock protein( PHB,HSPβ1and CH60). Conclusion The differentially expressed proteins in skin lesions of psoriasis vulgaris and normal human skin tissues may be potential candidate for pathological biomarkers of psoriasis.
