胃癌组织中Her-2的表达及临床病理意义

摘　　要：目的研究分析人表皮生长因子受体-2(Her-2)在胃癌及正常胃组织中的表达以及与临床病理参数的关系,分析胃癌中Her-2表达的临床意义,为胃癌的靶向治疗奠定理论基础。方法应用免疫组化法检测在78例原发胃癌及39例正常胃组织中Her-2基因的表达。结果在胃癌组织中Her-2过表达率为23.08%,正常胃组织中Her-2过表达率为0。胃癌中,Her-2的表达与胃癌的位置、Lauren分型相关(P<0.05),与组织学分化程度无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 Her-2在胃癌中的表达可能与胃癌的预后有密切关系,检测Her-2蛋白,可能使患者从辅助靶向治疗中获益。Objective To study the relation between expression and clinical pathological parameters of human epidermal growth factor receptor-2（Her-2） in gastric carcinoma tissue and normal gastric tissue, and to analyze the clinical significance of expression of Her-2 in gastric carcinoma, in order to lay the theoretical foundation of targeted therapy for gastric carcinoma. Methods The expression of Her-2 gene was detected in 78 cases of primary gastric carcinoma and 39 cases of normal gastric tissue by immunohistochemical method. ResultsThe over-expression rate of Her-2 in gastric carcinoma tissue was 23.08%, and that in normal gastric tissue was 0. In gastric carcinoma, the expression of Her-2 was related with the location of gastric carcinoma and Lauren classification（P〈0.05）, and it had no correlation with histological differentiation degree（P〉0.05）. ConclusionThe expression of Her-2 may have close relation with prognosis of gastric carcinoma. The detection of Her-2 protein can benefit patients in assistant targeted therapy.
