摘　　要：目的通过对25例肺炎性假瘤的CT影像表现的分析,提高对肺炎性假瘤影像表现的认识及诊断准确率。方法回顾性分析我院25例经手术及病理证实的肺炎性假瘤CT平扫和增强扫描的影像表现。结果肺炎性假瘤多为单发,偶见多发,多位于肺外周,可有分叶征及炎症浸润影,粗长毛刺,近肺门侧可见引流支气管,CT强化与肿块大小有关。结论肺炎性假瘤影像表现虽然缺乏特异性,但只要仔细观察CT影像表现,结合临床病史综合分析,对提高肺炎性假瘤影像表现的认识和诊断非常有价值。Objective To analyze the CT imaging features of 25 cases of inflammatory pseudotumor, improve the accuracy of recognition and diagnosis of inflammatory pseudotumor of the performance of the image. Methods a retrospective analysis of 25 cases confirmed by operation and pathology of inflammatory pseudotumor of plain and enhanced CT scan imaging manifestation of our hospital. Results The of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor is single shot more, oujian, located in the peripheral lung, can have the lobulation and inflammatory infiltration shadow, long rough burr, near hilum visible bronchial drainage, CT enhancement associated with tumor size. Conclusions inflammatory pseudotumor of imaging performance despite the lack of specificity, but careful observation of CT imaging findings, combined with the comprehensive analysis of the clinical history, of great value to improve the understanding and diagnosis ofinflammatory pseudotumor of the image feature.
