广义“水气病”范畴之我见

摘　　要：张仲景的《伤寒杂病论》中首次提出了"水气病"的病名,文章通从其中的水气病与其相关疾病入手,在检索古今文献的基础上,结合历代医家对水气病的认识,对"水气病"病名、源流、病因病机、相关疾病等几方面进行概括梳理,并探讨广义水气病之范畴,以期拓宽水气病临床治疗的思维空间,为水气病的理论与临床研究奠定基础或提供借鉴。Water-Vapor Disease was first mentioned in the masterpiece Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Disease by Zhang Zhongjing. This paper is preceded with the Water-Vapor Disease and other relevant disease, studies the ancient and modern literature and the understanding to the Water-Vapor Disease of the traditional Chinese medicine physicians through the ages, analyzes the name, origin, and pathogenesis of the Water-Vapor Disease and other related disease, and probes into the categories of the Water-Vapor Disease in a broad sense. The paper focuses on broadening the thinking space of the clinical treatment to the Water-Vapor Disease, and aims to set basis or provide experience for the theoretical and clinical research of Water-Vapor Disease.
