摘　　要：财经类本科院校基于管理科学专业的学科特征、发展前沿、社会发展趋势及财经类本科院校的办学基础,构建财经类本科院校管理科学专业应用型人才培养模式,同时应依据人才培养模式的基本内涵,把握人才培养的专业目标,突出学科特色,展现学科特征,追踪发展前沿,提高学生的专业能力与综合素质,优化课程体系设置。Financial universities should establish the training model of the applied professionals in the management-science major of financial universities in accordance with the characteristics of management-science major, the cutting-edge of the development, the social development trends and the school-running basis of financial universities,and meanwhile grasp the objectives of professionals training according to the basic connotation of the training model,highlight and show the discipline characteristics, track the cutting-edge of the development, improve the professional capacity of students and their overall quality, and optimize the setup of the curriculum system.
