三种脱敏剂治疗牙本质过敏的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察多乐氟,双氟12,奥敏清三种脱敏剂治疗牙本质敏感症的临床效果。方法:将131例240颗因咬合面重度磨耗所致牙本质敏感磨牙随机分4组,每组60颗牙,分别用多乐氟,双氟12,奥敏清脱敏,0.9%氯化钠液治疗,在统一标准下,即刻、1个月、3个月后的疗效进行比较分析。结果:奥敏清组与多乐氟组,双氟12组间即刻疗效,1个月后疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),3个月后疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。0.9%氯化钠液组即刻疗效,1个月疗效,3个月疗效与奥敏清组,多乐氟组,双氟12组均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三种脱敏剂有良好的即刻和1个月短期疗效,但多乐氟和双氟12于3个月后的疗效优于奥敏清。Objective：To evaluate the effectiveness of Duraphat, Bifluoridl2 and Ominq Dental desensitizer in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity. Methods：The 240 teeth of 131 cases with dentin hypersensitivity were divided into four groups randomly,and trea- ted with three different densensitizers as Duraphat, Bifluoridl2 desensitizer, Ominq and sodium chloride solution respectively. Effective rates of the four agents on dentin hypersensitivity were examined immediately,1 month and 3 months after the treatment. Results：The ef- fectiveness of the three densensitizers showed no difference immediately and 1 month after the treatment（P 〉 0.05）. The effectiveness of Duraphat,Bifluoridl2 group was similar three months after the treatment （P 〉 0. 05 ） , but significantly higher than Ominq group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The effectiveness of the three desensitizer was significantly higher than sodium chloride solution（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The three densensitizers have obvious effects in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity immediately and 1 month after the treatment. The 3 month therapeutic effects of Duraphat desensitizer,Bifluoridl2 desensitizer are better than that of Ominq Dental desensitizer.
