摘　　要：目的 总结应用手术切开复位坚强内固定治疗全面部骨折的临床经验.方法 对应用手术切开复位坚强内固定治疗的44例全面部骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾总结.结果 所有患者手术切口愈合良好,口内咬殆关系良好、面部对称,治疗效果满意.未出现出血、伤口感染等并发症.结论 手术切开复位坚强内固定治疗全面部骨折效果可靠,术后并发症较少.手术一般应遵循从下到上、从外到内的骨折复位固定顺序.同时应选择合适的切口来达到最佳的美容修复效果.Objective To summarize the clinical experience of panfaeial fracture treated by open reduc- tion and internal fixation. Methods Retrospective summary was performed on data from 44 cases of fracture patients treated with open reduction and rigid internal fixation. Results The incisions of all patients healed well, all were satisfied with the good relationship of intraoral occlusion, facial symmetry. There were no bleed- ing, wound infection and other complications happening. Conclusion Surgical treatment of open reduction and rigid internal fixation fracture effect comprehensive, reliable, less postoperative complications. General surgery should follow from bottom to top, from outside to inside fractures fixed order. The same time should select the appropriate cutouts to achieve the best cosmetic restoration results.
