摘　　要：目的调查分析血液透析护士的工作压力与亚健康状况的关系。方法采用随机抽样方法,分别从我市三家不同等级医院的血液透析中心抽取30名护士进行问卷调查,内容包括一般情况、护士工作压力量表和亚健康人群流行病学问卷调查。结果 1在护士工作压力量表中,得分由低到高排序因素为:人际关系、工作环境、护患关系、护理工作性质、工作强度和时间安排。2反映血液透析护士亚健康症状的因素中,得分最高的为躯体状况(2.82±0.48)分。3血液透析护士均伴有躯体疼痛,其中腰部疼痛为主18名,颈肩部疼痛为主12名。4血液透析护士亚健康状况与工作压力呈正相关(r=0.57,t=5.325,P<0.05)。结论 1工作强度和时间安排问题是血液透析室护士工作压力的最主要的来源之一;2长期巨大的工作强度对血液透析护士的身心均出现了不同程度的影响;3护理管理部门应采取切实有效的改进措施来减轻血液透析护士的工作压力。Objective Investigation of the relationship between blood pressure and sub - health conditions of hemodialysis nur- ses. Methods Used random sampling method,30 hemodialysis nurses in three different levels of hospital were selected randomly from our city. The content including general data, nurses stress scale and sub - health groups epidemiological survey scale. Results （ 1 ） Sort factors of score from low to high on nurses stress scale were nurse relationships, work environment, nurse - patient relationship, the na- ture of nursing work,work intensity and timing. （2）From the factors of hemodialysis nurse sub -health symptoms, the highest score was physical condition （2.82 ＋ O. 48 points）. （3）Hemodialysis nurses were accompanied by physical pain, back pain were 18 people mainly, neck and shoulder pain were 12 people mainly. （4） Hemodialysis nurse health situation and work stress were positively corre- lated （ r = 0. 57, t = 5. 325, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion （ 1 ） Work intensity and timing of the issue was one of the main sources of the work- ing pressure in hemodialysis nurses ; （2） There were different degrees impact for hemodialysis nurses because of long - term and tre- mendous work;（3）Care management should take effective measures to mitigate improved hemodialysis nurses working pressure.
