囊袋张力环在晶状体超声乳化术中的应用

摘　　要：在晶状体超声乳化吸除术中植入开放型囊袋张力环(capsular tension ring,CTR),以增加晶状体囊袋的稳定性已成为常见方法。术后并发症较少,可以有效减少后囊膜混浊(posterior capsular opacification,PCO)以及人工晶状体(intraocular lens,IOL)偏心和倾斜的发生,并且不影响IOL度数的计算及未见较常规白内障手术增加像差的引入。本文就CTR在晶状体超声乳化术中的应用概况作一综述。Application of capsular tension ring（ CTR） in phacoemulsification has become a common method to increase the stability of the capsular bag. CTR can effectively reduce the posterior capsular opacification（ PCO）,prevent intraocular lens（ IOL） decentration and tilt, not cause IOL degree deviation and aberration increase. In this review,we summarized the development overview of CTR in phacoemulsification.
