精神分裂症患者数量皮纹学特征及其波动性不对称

摘　　要：目的：研究数量皮纹学特征及其波动性不对称（FA）在精神分裂症患者中的分布特征.方法：随机分析精神分裂症患者117例（男性60例,女性57例）和正常对照人群198例（男性113例,女性85例）指纹及掌纹多项指标,并分析其13项皮纹FA的分布特征.结果：精神分裂症患者与正常对照组在右手及双手第4指纹嵴线数,右手a-b间距值,左手、右手及双手atd角上差异存在统计学意义.精神分裂症患者皮纹FAⅨ和FAⅫ两项存在性别差异,正常对照组FAⅨ和FAⅪ两项存在性别差异,所有结果均显示为女性高于男性;精神分裂症患者与正常对照组相比较在FAⅡ（a-b嵴线数）和FAⅤ（atd角）两项有差异,表现为患者组明显增高.结论：精神分裂症患者尤其是女性患者皮纹发育变异明显,提示其可能具有较高的发育不稳定性.掌纹指标,尤其是a-b嵴线数和atd角有望成为精神分裂症患者早期诊断标记物.Objective： To investigate the characteristics of quantitative dermatoglyphics parameters and the fluctuating asymmetry （FA） of dermatoglyphic counts in schizophrenic patients from Ningxia, China. Methods： The sampling was conducted among 117 schizophrenic patients and compared of 198 controls. Then their finger and palm dermatogfyphic counts and 13 FA counts were analyzed. Results： Schizophrenics showed significant differences in FRCIV of the right hand and the both hands, a-b distance of the right hand and atd angle of the left, right and the both hands compared to control subjects in digital dermatoglyphic. Significant differences in FAIX and FAy were found in schizophrenia and in FA IX and FA XI in control subjects between different genders, all of which were higher in women than men. Schizophrenics also showed significantly higher FAII （a-b ridge count） and FAV （atd angle） than did normal controls. Conclusion：The results supported the theory that the patients with schizophrenia, especially the female schizophrenic patients showed higher developmental instability compared with that of controls, which could be seen from the fluctuating asymmetry of palm print in schizophrenics. So maybe the fluctuating asymmetry of palm print, especially the fluctuating asymmetry of a-b ridge count and atd angle could be used as early diagnostic indicators of schizophrenics.
