口轮匝肌重建在唇裂术后继发畸形矫正的应用体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨口轮匝肌重建在单侧唇裂术后继发畸形矫正中的作用。方法:采用患侧上唇直线、弧线或"T"形切口,同时行裂隙侧口轮匝肌重建。结果:采用此方法对52例单侧唇裂术后继发畸形进行矫正,术后随访3-9个月,取得满意的效果。结论:口轮匝肌重建是单侧唇裂术后继发畸形矫正获得良好疗效的重要保障。Objective To investigate the effect of muscle reconstruction in secondary repair of the unilateral cleft lip. Methods The straight line,curve line,or ＂T＂ shape skin incision was designed,and the skin was incised.The orbicularis oris muscle was dissected and overlapping mattress sutures.Results Satisfactory results were achieved in all 52 patients with this method,and followed up for 3months to 12 months. Conclusion The reconstruction of orbicularis oris muscle is important to ensure therapeutic effect in patients with secondary deformities of unilateral cleft lip.
