摘　　要：肿瘤干细胞是肿瘤组织中具有干细胞特性的细胞群体,具有自我更新和分化为多种恶性肿瘤细胞能力,拥有特征性的分子标记物与信号通路。笔者就用以鉴定胆管癌干细胞的各类标志物及信号通路进行阐述,并结合胆管癌干细胞的靶向治疗方面进行讨论。Tumor stem cells are a group of cells in tumor tissue with distinct molecular markers and specific signal pathways, which possess the properties of stem cells and the ability of self-renewal and differentiating to different tumor cells. In this paper, the authors address the molecular markers or signaling pathways for identification of cholangiocarcinoma stem cells, and also discuss the issues associated with the aspect of target therapy for cholangiocarcinoma.
