摘 要:针对挖掘机负载敏感泵液压系统的泄露和摩擦问题,本文基于负载敏感原理建立了负载敏感阀工作时的数学模型,同时运用AMESim软件建立负载敏感泵液压系统仿真模型,并对LS进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,通过改变控制系统中负载敏感阀的弹簧刚度、开口形状、阀芯直径及阀芯质量,使系统越来越快的达到平稳状态,且超调量变小,振荡次数逐渐减少;不同开口形状产生不同的流量增益;当阀芯直径为6mm时,出口压力动态曲线最平稳,超调量最理想,这与实际生产中的情况相符合;当阀芯质量为0.5kg时,系统响应快,压力波动幅度较理想。该研究对负载敏感泵的设计、使用和保养维修具有一定的参考价值。In view of the leakage and friction problems on the excavator load sensitive pump hydraulic sys- tem, this paper establishes the mathematical model of load sensitive valve work, based on the principle of load sensitive. At the same time using AMESim software, the establishment of load sensitive pump hy- draulic system simulation model, and the simulation analysis was carried out on the LS. The simulation re- sults show that., by changing the control system of the load sensitive valve spring stiffness, and his mouth shape, diameter of the valve core and valve core quality, can make the system more and more quickly reach the steady state, and small overshoot quantitative change, gradually reduce the oscillation frequency; dif- ferent mouth shapes different flow gain; When the spool diameter is 6 mm, the outlet pressure dynamic curve is the most stable, the overshoot is the most ideal, which coincides with the most cases; When the valve core quality is set to 0.5 kg, system response is fast, and the pressure fluctuation is more ideal. The research has a certain reference value on the designing, using, and maintaining of the load sensing pump.
