摘  要:作为药食同源的金银花,近些年来在食品领域应用逐渐增加,其中茶饮是老少皆宜的一种保健饮品,特别适合夏天饮用。现在利用金银花作为保健用茶越来越受到人们的推崇,金银花不仅可单独饮用,也可与其他中药配比制成各种茶饮。本文评述了金银花茶饮种类及其特点,并对金银花的传统和现代干燥工艺进行了综述,最后提出了金银花茶制作和应用中的主要问题及开发建议。Lonicerae Japonicae Flos as medicinal materials of the medicine food homology, has been increasingly used in the field of food application year by year. Lonicerae Japonicae Flos tea is a health drink. As a health tea, Lonicerae Japonicae Flos has been used popularly and praised highly in recent years. Lonicerae Japonicae Flos was used not only independent as drinking but also it can be used with other Chinese medicine proportion to form all kinds of tea. Types of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos tea and their characteristics were commented and its traditional and modern drying processes were also reviewed. Finally, some key problems and development suggestions were put forward.
