摘　　要：目的探讨应用超薄型美皮康联合医用壳聚糖创面修复凝胶治疗化疗后化学性静脉炎的疗效。方法选取2013年1~12月在辽宁省肿瘤医院化疗后并发静脉炎的乳腺癌患者48例,将其随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各24例。实验组于静脉炎发生后,涂医用壳聚糖修复凝胶后给予美皮康覆盖;对照组在静脉炎上方予喜疗妥涂抹,观察并比较两组患者的静脉炎情况及治疗时间,同时对患者进行满意度调查。结果治疗后,实验组总有效率（100.00%）明显高于对照组（79.17%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组Ⅲ级静脉炎的患者治疗时间[（3.50±1.35）d]明显低于对照组[（7.00±1.22）d],差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组患者满意度（95.8%,23/24）明显高于对照组（62.5%,15/24）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论美皮康联合医用壳聚糖创面修复凝胶治疗化疗后化疗性静脉炎的效果明显,且用时短,最大程度减少患者的痛苦,值得临床广泛推广。Objective To investigate the effect of ultra-thin US Picao combined with Medical chitosan gel in treating chemical phlebitis after chemotherapy. Methods From January to December 2013, in Liaoning Cancer Hospital Insititute, 48 patients with breast cancer and phlebitis after chemotherapy were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group, with 24 cases in each group. the experiment group were given medical chitosan gel with US Picao, and the control group were given Hirudoid on vein inflammation part. The phlebitis situation and treating time of two groups were compared, and the survey of satisfaction for patients was given at the same time. Results After the treatment, the total effective rate of the experiment group（100.00%） was higher than that of the control group（79.17%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the treating time of Grade Ⅲ phlebitis patients in the experiment group [（3.50±1.35）d] was lower than that in the control group [（7.00±1.22）d], the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The treatment satisfaction rate of the experiment group（95.8%, 23/24） was higher than that of the control group,（62.5%, 15/24）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of US Picao combined with medical chitosan gel in treating chemical phlebitis after chemotherapy is obvious, and the treating time is short. It can minimize the suffering of patients, and it is worthy of wider promotion
