摘　　要：医学研究生教育是高级医学人才培养的主要方式。随着现代医学的不断发展和高等医学教育体制改革的不断深入,医学研究生教育面临着巨大的挑战。本文探讨了目前我国医学研究生教育中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。Medical postgraduates＇ education is an important part of the cultivation for medical personnel. With the development of medical science and technology, and the deepening reform of high medical education system, the education of medical postgraduates confronts a huge challenge. This paper analyzes the problems existed in the medical postgraduate＇s education of our country and then puts forward the counter matures.
