邢台山区农村老年脑卒中患者恢复期孤独情绪及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨邢台山区农村脑卒中老年患者恢复期孤独情绪的发生情况及其影响因素。方法在邢台太行山区农村随机抽取158例老年恢复期脑卒中患者,进行现况调查,调查一般情况和孤独量表(UCLA)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)得分情况。结果 158例恢复期脑卒中老年患者中,92%患者有不同程度的孤独感,相关影响因素有:有无配偶(t=2.805,P=0.006)、家庭支持度(t=3.018,P=0.003)、经济收入好与差(t=2.546,P=0.012)、ADL分的不同程度(t=2.852,P=0.005)。结论邢台山区老年脑卒中恢复期患者孤独情绪发生率较高,应重视脑卒中恢复期患者伴发的孤独情绪,并针对相关因素加强心理护理。[Objective]To study the incidence rate of loneliness mood in decubation among elder patients with stroke and the related factors in mountainous rural areas of Xingtai. [Methods]158 elder patients with stroke in deeubation were randomly selected from rural areas of Taihang Mountains for the. cross-sectional investigation. The investigation included the general conditions, the loneliness scale （University of California at Los Angels, UCLA） and Activity of Daily Living Scale （ADL）. [Results]In 158 elder patients with stroke in decubation, 92% felt loneliness at different degree.＇The related influencing factors included spouse（t=2.805, P=0.006）, family support（t=3.018, P=0.003）, economic income（t=2.546, P=0.012）and ADL scores （t=2.852, P=0.005 ）.[Conclusion]The incidence rate of loneliness mood in decubation is high among elder patients with stroke in mountainous rural areas of Xingtai. It is necessary to pay attention to the loneliness mood in decubation among patients with stroke, and strengthen the psychological nursing according to the related factors.
