摘　　要：通过在北京地区的调查显示,无论是餐饮企业还是消费者,环保意识和绿色消费的理念都在提升。特别是消费者群体对铝箔餐盒的认知度和接受度都要高出我们和专家之前的预期,表明铝箔餐盒由于有利环保和食品安全,是市场应用潜力大的包装产品。同时调研组也分析了当前制约铝箔餐盒应用的主要因素,提出了加快推广铝箔餐盒和容器的5条建议。Through our investigation in Beijing area, either catering enterprises or consumers display ever-growing environmental awareness and green consumption concept. Especially, consumer groups develop higher recognition and acceptance on aluminum foil-made food container than we and experts expected early, and this shows that aluminum foil, due to favorable environmental and food safety, is a packaging material with huge potential market. The survey team also analyzed the main factors restricting the application of aluminum foil-made food container, and made five suggestions for its promotion.
