近10年我国体育硕士研究生科研及创新能力缺失原因研究进展  

Research Progress of Reasons for Abilities Deficiency of Scientific and Innovation of Master Degree Candidate of Physical Education in Recent 10 Years in China

摘　　要：体育硕士研究生教育是我国体育人才培养的重要组成部分,该领域的研究已成为体育高素质人才培养研究的重要课题来源。近10年涌现出大量关于体育硕士研究生科研能力现状分析和创新能力培养的研究,在体育硕士研究生教育现状及培养模式方面形成了一批有意义的结果。本文通过对相关研究成果进行综述,分析造成体育硕士研究生科研与创新能力缺失的原因,主要有硬件设施投入和利用不足、培养体系不完善、学生科研实践少和教学科研管理效果差等,在此基础上提出未来研究方向,为其相关研究的开展提供参考资料和理论依据。To educate Master degree candidates of physical education is an important compo- nent part of personnel training and becomes important project of researching gymnastic high -quality personnel training. In recent 10 years, a mass of researches on analyzing current situation of capacity of scientific research and training innovation ability appeared in a rash, and a batch of significant outcomes were reaped about current situation and training model of educating Master degree candidates of physical education. In this article, the main results of above researches were summarized, and reasons on deficiency of scientific research and inno- vation abilities were analyzed, mainly including deficiency of input and usage of hardware fa- cilities, imperfect training system, and lesser scientific research practices of students and weaker effects of teaching and scientific research management. On this basis, main research directions were provided. The purpose of this survey article is to provide reference media and theoretical foundation for carrying out relevant researches.
