摘  要:目的 :通过分析研究医师对绩效考核的满意度,了解现有绩效考核存在不足,为绩效考核方案的改进和实施提供参考依据。方法 :以上海市某三级甲等儿童医院的200位医师为研究对象,对医院绩效6个方面的33个项目随机发放调查问卷。结果 :绩效反馈、绩效互动、绩效考核内容、绩效考核程序4个方面的变量解释了所有33个项目的 65.91%。医师对绩效考核满意度为3.57分(总分5分)。绩效反馈因子的特征值高达17.22,累计方差为49.09,占33个原始变量总方差的1/2。不同年龄、职称和学历对绩效考核的满意度结果有显著性差异。结论 :医院绩效考核需进一步加强绩效反馈和沟通,注重考核结果的应用。Objective :To explore physicians' satisfaction of current performance appraisal,and get knowledge of its insufficiency for reference of improvement and implication. Methods :A questionnaire on 33 items in six aspects of the hospital performance was distributed randomly to 200 physicians from a tertiary pediatric hospital in Shanghai. Results :Variables of four aspects in performance feedback,performance interaction,performance appraisal content,performance appraisal procedure explained 65.91% of all 33 items. The satisfaction with the performance appraisal was 3.57 points(total score was 5 points). The characteristic value of the performance feedback factor was as high as 17.22,and its cumulative variance were 49.09,accounting for 1/2 of the total variance of 33 original variables. There were statistically significant differences among the physicians with different age,professional title,and education experience. Conclusion :The performance appraisal of the hospital needs to be further improved in enhancing the performance feedback and communication and paying more attention to the application of appraisal results.
