摘 要:为评价储叶过程中片烟吸收料液的效果,选取料液中特有的1,2-丙二醇为特征标记物,利用甲醇浸提方法检测加料后片烟1,2-丙二醇含量来表征烟叶吸收料液的动力学特性,研究不同储存时间条件下片烟表面料液含量、片烟料液总量的变化规律。结果表明:(1)片烟表面料液溶出时间平衡点为40~60 s;(2)片烟吸收料液速率方程为tiυ×=6208.06377.0;(3)在加料工序出口,片烟有效吸收率为57.35%;在储叶时间24 h后,片烟有效吸收率增加到88.26%;(4)方法量化了储叶工序片烟吸收料液过程,确定了储存时间应大于24 h。In order to evaluate absorption effect of strips during storage, 1,2-propylene glycol of casing material was chosen as a characteristic marker. Based on the determination of 1,2-propylene glycol content of strips after casing by method of washing and extraction, changes of external and total casing materials content of strips after casing during different storage times were investigated. Results showed:(1) The equilibrium point of dissolution time in external casing materials of strips after casing was 40 s-60 s;(2) The equation of absorption velocity in internal casing of strips was tiυ×=6208.06377.0;(3) The effective absorption rate of internal casing strips was 57.35 % at the outlet of casing process, then increased to 88.26 % after 24-hour storage;(4) Through this method, absorption process of casing materials was quantified during storage, and storage time of strips after casing was set to 〉24 h.
